How to talk to children about grief, death and loss

Grief is an experience that brings great suffering to those who go through it and in the face of which we develop different reactions and behaviors.

It is often particularly difficult to talk about this topic with children, due to the characteristics of their stage of development and also the feeling of touching on a perception of life that was previously non-existent in them.

However, sometimes grief, death and loss come close to the child's personal experience or he or she begins to think about the topic based on the experience of others.

And because this will arise at any moment, the adult needs to think about this topic and also find strategies to communicate and monitor this process.
